What we collect

Through the enquiry form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, details of your excavator and the content of your message. We also record the date of submission.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to prepare a quote and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for at most two years after the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period follows from a business relationship.

MAVE AI assistant

Questions you type into MAVE AI are sent for processing to a language model through our own server. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the assistant. Conversations are not linked to your identity.

Your rights

• rectification or erasure,
• restriction of processing and objection,
• withdrawal of consent at any time,
• complaint to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
